International Day of Yoga
International Day of Yoga which is also known as the World Yoga day is celebrated on 21st June. United Nations General Assembly declared 21st June as the International Yoga Day. If practiced daily, yoga is very beneficial for all.

What is Yoga?
A group of spiritual, physical and mental practices is Yoga. It is originated in ancient India. It is speculated that the Yoga is originated in pre-vedic Indian traditions or the Rigveda days.
